Subaru Corporation Announces Changes to the Board of Directors

Tokyo, February 6, 2026 – Subaru Corporation today announced the following changes to the Board of Directors, subject to approval at the 95th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

To achieve sustainable growth amid the uncertain and rapidly changing business environment surrounding the automotive industry, Subaru Corporation announced the “SUBARU Management Policy 2025” in November 2025.
To ensure the steady implementation of this policy, the Company is promoting the delegation of authority for business execution and the acceleration of decision‑making processes, as well as enhancing deliberations at Board of Directors meetings and strengthening the Board’s supervisory functions, with the aim of enhancing its corporate value over the medium to long term. For this purpose, the Company will transition to a Company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee.

In line with this transition, the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on February 6, 2026, resolved the following changes to the Board of Directors, which will be proposed for approval at the 95th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 2026.
