■ Main Content of the Integrated Report 2026

Beginning with the strengths the SUBARU Group has cultivated over many years and its approach to value creation, the report presents, as a single value creation story, the initiatives toward realizing “SUBARU Management Policy 2025” and the capital strategy and management infrastructure that support those initiatives.

◇ Value Creation Story
The report connects the strengths SUBARU has cultivated over many years with the direction of “Monozukuri Innovation” and “Value Creation” set out in “SUBARU Management Policy 2025.” It also presents how the entire Group is working together as “One SUBARU” to create value, outlining a path toward sustainable growth and enhanced corporate value.

◇ Capital Strategy for Value Creation
In this section, we present the six forms of capital that support the Group’s competitiveness. Beyond introducing the strengths and initiatives of each form of capital, we explain how they are linked to “Monozukuri Innovation” and “Value Creation” and the role each form of capital plays in enhancing corporate value.

◇ Management Infrastructure Supporting Value Creation
In addition to systems and structures, the report expands disclosure on the thinking and management intent behind them. Regarding corporate governance, following the transition to a company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee in June 2026, the report presents the approach and future direction for further enhancing the effectiveness of the Board of Directors through a message from the Chairman of the Board and a roundtable discussion with outside directors.
