< Production >

Domestic production increased led by an increase in Forester production.
Overseas production decreased due partly to a decrease in Impreza production.

< Sales in Japan >

Passenger vehicle sales decreased as the sales momentum of the Forester boosted by the launch of its fully-redesigned version declined.
Mini vehicle sales decreased as sales of the Pleo and other models declined.

< Exports >

Exports from Japan increased for reasons including increased production in Japan and shipping schedules of vessels.

Passenger vehicle sales decreased as strong sales of the Forester were offset by a decrease in sales of other models.
Mini vehicle sales decreased as sales of the Pleo and other models declined.

< Exports >

Exports from Japan declined due to decreased production in Japan.
