The Aerospace Company saw an increase in sales due to the demand from the Japan Defense Agency for the AH-64D and CX/PX, as well as a favorable increase in sales volume for Boeing 777 and 737 aircraft in the Commercial Sector. The Boeing 787 project is making steady progress and the shipment of the Eclipse 500 have already begun.
The Industrial Products Company remains equivalent in results from the same period of last fiscal year.
Sales in other areas fell due to the shrinking operations at Yusoki Kogyo K.K.
