Net sales by business segment shows increases in sales and profits for the Aerospace and Industrial Products Companies. The Aerospace Company saw an increase in sales of CX/PX as well as the sales volume for Boeing 777 and 737 aircrafts owing to the company’s recovery. Sales were up for the Industrial Products Company mainly for engines sold in overseas markets. Sales in other areas fell due to the shrinking operations at Yusoki Kogyo K.K.
