Driven by strong demand for the all-new Impreza, April production of passenger cars in Japan posted the 7th consecutive month of year-over-year growth, marking an all-time record for the month of April. Overseas production kept its momentum with the 8th consecutive month of year-on-year increase, also setting an all-time April record. Global production increased year over year for the 7th straight month.
