The global production for September increased eleventh consecutive month year-on-year and set an all-time September record, due to the strong sales of Legacy for global markets. Regarding the overseas production, it is the record production for the month of September.

<1st Half of FY2011>
The global production for the period April through September 2010 increased year-on-year for the first time in two years, due to the increased production of Impreza and Forester for domestic market and Legacy for overseas markets. The total production and the production for overseas set an all-time record for the same period April through September.

Total domestic sales for September increased for the twelveth consecutive month year-on-year, due to the strong sales of Legacy and Impreza.

The total domestic sales for the period April through September 2010 increased for the first in six years year-on-year, due to the increased sales of Impreza and Forester. Both passenger and mini cars sales increased for the first in sixteenth years year-on-year.
