Extraordinary losses added up to 24.0 billion yen, including an impairment loss of 10.5 billion yen at the Industrial Products Division, a 1.2 billion loss on abandonment of inventories, and an impairment loss of 5.2 billion yen generated by the integration of domestic distributors. The year-on-year difference between net extraordinary income and loss was kept to a relatively small figure of 5.9 billion yen since we posted extraordinary losses related to the Aerospace Division and the withdrawal from the WRC (World Rally Championship) in the previous fiscal year.
